Review recovery outreach

Check eligibility and the proposed playbook before contacting a past lead.

Updated September 5, 2026 1 min read

Open /admin/recovery to review past opportunities, no-shows and quotes that may warrant another conversation.

Review the proposed audience

  1. Preview the working set before staging work.
  2. Inspect the people included and why they qualify. Check their current opportunity and conversation before approving outreach.
  3. Review exclusions. Suppressed contacts, people already in an active opportunity and existing recovery memberships should not be added again.
  4. Confirm the proposed message and the exact playbook version you intend to approve.

An empty preview may mean every candidate was excluded. Inspect the eligibility reasons before widening the audience.

Approve and inspect the result

Approved memberships use the campaign workflow and its send limits and stop rules. Use Campaigns to understand how those rules affect execution. Assistant-proposed changes are reviewed through Approvals.

After approval, inspect the resulting membership and execution status. Approval does not establish that a message was sent. Check the action result before retrying failed or uncertain work.

Change a playbook

Review the new version before using it. Check that every template variable can be filled from the candidate records. Missing information needs correction or exclusion; it is not permission to invent a personalized detail.
