Open /admin/emails. Three views share the page: templates, send history, and a composer for a direct follow-up.

Templates

Drafts are protected. Publishing a revision is explicit. Preview and test sends use the same rendering path as production, so a test that looks right is the template that will send.

History

What left the building, with provider receipts. Open a row when a contact says they never got the mail. A missing provider id means the send failed or is still uncertain.

Composer

A one-off follow-up from this screen still goes through the communication sender with an idempotency key. It still obeys campaign stop rules for people who unsubscribed.
