The Command Center
Find the workspace for each business job, from daily priorities and customer history to delivery, billing and marketing.

A customer asks about a proposal while a teammate is waiting on the same account. Command Center brings the conversation, opportunity and assigned work into one workspace, so you can answer with the full context and keep the next step visible.

Follow a piece of work
Start with Today
Open Today to see Sales, Customer follow-up, Delivery and Money in Business review. Open an item to learn why it needs attention and which record it came from.
Read the source record
Use Contacts for the customer history, Conversations for the thread, or Pipeline for the opportunity and its next action.
Move the next step forward
Check what happened
Open Activity and the affected record. A saved task, an approved request, and a message delivered by a provider are different results.
For example, Northline Roofing can open a proposal follow-up from Today, check the customer's latest reply, and set the existing task's due date in Work. The task stays with the customer context, so a teammate can understand the work without reconstructing the story.
Find the workspace for the job
The sidebar has seven business groups. Daily work brings together Today, tasks, approvals and recent results. Customers & sales contains the customer history, conversations, opportunities and proposals. Delivery organizes client work and commitments. Billing covers invoices, recurring plans, collections and revenue.
Use Marketing for website pages, forms, campaigns and editorial work. Apps & AI contains the AI workspace and specialized capabilities you can adapt. Workspace holds settings, connections and access. Expand a group to see its related screens. Search uses the same destination names, and previous names such as Site Studio still find Website & pages.
Start here explains the first useful action on a screen. How this works expands the steps and saved-result explanation, with a guide for deeper context. Follow one customer from inquiry to billing, or choose a workflow in Getting started when you want to practice a specific job.
Choose the next guide
Open Search, or press Cmd/Ctrl+K, to find tasks, opportunities, clients, proposals, people, pages and available commands. Enter at least three characters to search workspace records. Results are grouped by record type and include status or relationship context; select one to open its detail view. Use the arrow keys and Enter to navigate without leaving the search field. Clients and proposals appear only when their modules are enabled. If a record read fails, choose Retry search; pages and local commands remain available while it recovers. A failed read shows an error instead of claiming there are no matches.
Intake review groups incoming items by type when you need to clear new work. Ask AI helps with a question across the records your workspace can access. Saved Today views let a person or administrator arrange the daily page, while Work offers personal and shared task views for editing.
Optional Apps and plugins add specialized workflows while keeping their own records and approval rules. For example, a configured subscription workflow lets a customer manage a recurring plan, while Work still shows the team's internal follow-up.
Start with the fictional demo path if you want to practice without connecting an account. For a connected installation, use Setup to verify the sources your workflow needs. The capability reference describes supported work, and the extension guides show how builders can add their own screens and tools.
Use Work to add instructions to a task and return to its related client, contact or opportunity. The task inspector keeps its own page link and recovery controls, so a failed read or save can be handled where the work is open.
What to check
- Check Setup before relying on connected email, calendar, AI or payment data. A listed capability may still need configuration in your workspace.
- Confirm the affected record and action result after a decision. A prepared draft or approved proposal does not by itself confirm delivery to a customer.
- Ask AI can propose supported changes, while manual controls use their own confirmation and access rules. The approvals guide explains how eligible actions can earn a proposed increase in autonomy.
