Outreach

Outreach is campaigns, email templates, and reactivation of past demand. The screens are Campaigns, Email Studio, Delivery Runs, and Revenue Recovery.

• Campaigns. Approve a version once. Automation then runs inside sender, audience, cadence, limit, and stop rules.
• Email Studio. Edit live copy, inspect what was sent, compose a direct follow-up.
• Revenue Recovery. Reviewed past relationships become governed opportunities.

Collections

Collections brings verified overdue invoices, payment promises, disputes, and reviewed reminders into one workspace. Enable it in Plugins and configure the existing invoicing and email connections before live use.

Campaigns

A campaign is versioned copy plus a membership list plus a send policy. Activation is an approved action. Sequences stop when someone replies. Contacts who unsubscribed or asked to be left alone are refused before a send is attempted. Each send has an idempotency key and a receipt.

Email Studio

Templates for transactional and marketing mail live here. Drafts are protected. Publishing a revision is explicit. Preview and test sends use the same rendering path as production.

Recovery

Stale opportunities, no-shows, and past quotes stay in a working set. Recovery playbooks propose work into the same approval queue as everything else.
