Marketing and publishing

Prepare website pages, email campaigns, sequences and supported social posts, then follow their actual publishing and delivery results.

Updated October 16, 2026 2 min read

Marketing work often involves a page, a form, an audience, a message and someone responsible for the incoming response. Command Center gives the team places to prepare those pieces, use available business context and follow the supported publishing and sending workflows.

For a seasonal inspection campaign, prepare the website page and form, review the email audience, then manage resulting inquiries in Contacts and Pipeline. Each channel keeps its own publishing or delivery result.

Prepare pages and forms

Website and pages lets you create page drafts, ask AI for specific changes, compare suggestions and preview responsive layouts. Publishing selects a reviewed revision. Form builder provides a separate response-review path into customer and pipeline records.

Sell workshop tickets

Use Marketing → Events to edit a workshop, set admission and capacity, and publish its registration page. Buyers can purchase several tickets through Stripe without an account. Paid orders retain their agreed amount when you change the price. The Events and tickets guide explains confirmation emails, refunds, exports and recovery.

Run email outreach

Use Campaigns to review the audience, message version, cadence and sending rules. Email Templates holds reusable copy and supports the documented compose workflow. Email Sequences continues configured follow-up while respecting recorded replies, suppression and stop rules.

For a past inquiry or quote worth revisiting, use Revenue Recovery to inspect why the contact is included before preparing the next message.

Coordinate content and social publishing

Content Calendar tracks editorial work and its lifecycle. Social Marketing prepares reviewed posts for the supported LinkedIn company-page path through Postiz. A calendar status, a prepared post and a published item are separate facts.

Carry responses into customer work

Review new inquiries in the customer workflows, confirm their identity and record who should act next. Keep sales follow-up separate from channel delivery reporting so the team can see both the message outcome and the business decision.

What to check

Enable the optional Apps and verify each required publishing or sending connection. AI preparation uses the configured model. Inspect actual delivery and publication results; cross-channel attribution and automatic triggers require their documented implementation.
