Delivery and commitments
Start client engagements, assign agreed work and carry customer context through the handoff.

A won opportunity needs a delivery owner, the information to start work and a checklist the team can follow. Command Center keeps the engagement, customer context and assigned tasks available across that handoff.
For a roof job, that could mean confirming site access, material choices and the crew date. For an advisory engagement, it could mean requesting account access and setting the first reporting deadline.

Start from the agreement
Open the won opportunity and review the customer and agreed scope. The Clients guide explains the built-in engagement handoff and recovery for partial results. The optional Client onboarding workflow prepares an explicitly supplied checklist.
Choose the flow that produces the work your team needs. Specify owners and dates and inspect the created engagement or tasks before handing the job over.
Keep commitments assigned
Use Work to find, edit, snooze and complete tasks. Its list, board and calendar views show the same source work. Meeting commitments can turn an entered meeting checklist into assigned tasks with meeting context attached.
Overdue commitments identifies tasks needing attention in its inspected records. Open the task to decide what should change.
Coordinate appointments and follow-ups
Bookings keeps scheduled conversations and outcomes available. An ongoing client account can have activity and follow-ups beside its editable agreement details. Refresh each section independently when a read fails.
Extend your operating workspace
A case, job or review App can own the records and lifecycle specific to your work while linking to the customer and shared tasks. Use App design when a checklist alone cannot express the process.
What to check
An assigned checklist is the start of delivery; the people responsible still need to do the work. Keep the source record and partial-result recovery visible. For editorial and website work, continue with Marketing and publishing.
