Pipeline is the opportunity board at /admin/pipeline. Each card is a deal: stage, value, next action, and the people attached to it. Columns are the live stages for that workspace. Dragging a card writes a real stage change.

What belongs here

Open opportunities, ranked for the work that moves revenue. Won and lost deals leave the working set. Closed revenue and client value also live in this cluster. See Revenue.

Assistant-proposed moves

propose_stage_change does not write the stage. It stages a proposal with the evidence it read. You approve it like any other approval. A reply that sounds like yes is still a proposal until you confirm it.
