Command Center

The Command Center

Customer context, daily priorities, and reviewed actions in one workspace.

Updated September 5, 2026 2 min read

Command Center connects the things that otherwise get separated: a customer's message, the deal it belongs to, what you promised, and the next action. Start your day with the work that needs attention and open the supporting records from there.

Start with a complete workflow

Try your first workflow in the fictional demo. You will review a proposed action and check its result without connecting any accounts.

How AI fits

The assistant reads available context and can prepare a proposal. You review the proposed action through the same workspace controls. A manual action, such as sending a reply you wrote, follows that screen's own confirmation flow. Approvals explains the distinction.

After an action runs, check its result. Prepared, approved, sent, and delivered are different states; a draft is not a sent message.

What is available in your workspace

Modules and provider connections determine which features you can use. A capability listed in the reference is not proof that your workspace has connected and verified its provider. Check Setup Center before relying on a live workflow.
