Your workspace
Check your business context, membership, and available features.

A workspace holds one business's records, connected accounts, and settings. Before importing contacts or sending a message, check that you are working in the intended business.
Access your business
You need a signed-in account with active membership in that workspace. If you cannot open it, ask an administrator to check the account and membership. Having a login alone does not grant access to every business.
Keep contexts separate
Switching workspace changes the business records you are working with. A demo workspace contains fictional data and does not verify your real connections or permissions.
Your available screens can also differ from someone else's. Optional modules may be disabled, and provider-dependent features need a ready connection.
Find configuration and help
Use Setup Center to inspect readiness and Integrations to manage connected providers. Settings holds workspace preferences. Platform administration is a separate role from normal workspace membership.
For a new self-hosted installation, follow Self-hosting before inviting a team or using real data.
