AI can use the available business context to answer questions and prepare supported actions.

For a roofing company, that means the office can find an inspection request, record its callback, prepare the offer, hand the won job to the crew and follow up on billing. A builder can adapt that process with an industry-specific report or App while reusing customer identity and existing services.

For builders and agencies, adapt the follow-up report. Then use App design and a coding-agent brief to add your own records, rules and interface.

Work with AI in context

Ask AI about a selected customer or give it a specific job, such as preparing a reply and callback task. It uses registered operations and the records your workspace can access. Eligible internal actions can use bounded permission; consequential actions retain their required review. Working with AI explains the controls.

Connect your own business

A self-hosted installation uses infrastructure and provider accounts you control. An implemented workspace needs agreed setup, ownership, operating responsibilities and costs. Follow installation and workspace setup before importing customer data.

What to check

Use the capability reference for current behavior, then verify the connections needed for your workflow. Custom Apps currently use source development with an external coding agent. General-purpose in-app App generation remains planned.
