Proposals
Drafting and sending
Catalog pricing, unguessable public links, and decisions that write an audit row.

Open /admin/proposals. Create a draft and attach it to the client and opportunity. Review the title, scope and totals before marking it sent and sharing its public link.
Share and record a decision
Draft links do not expose proposal content. After the proposal is marked sent, its unguessable public link lets the recipient view, accept or decline. A decline requires a reason. Expired or superseded proposals cannot receive a new decision.
Each lifecycle change records its event and audit evidence in the same transaction. Repeating the same operation returns its existing receipt. If a save fails, refresh the record and retry the same intended change rather than creating another proposal.
Revise after sharing
Editing the material content of a sent or viewed proposal creates a new draft version. The earlier version becomes superseded and retains its original content and history. Review the successor and share its new link when ready. Accepted, declined and expired proposals are terminal; their terms cannot be edited in place.
Follow up
A recorded decision creates a follow-up task and uses the shared pipeline transition rules. Acceptance can move an open opportunity to negotiation; it does not establish a won deal or collected payment. If follow-up processing fails after the decision was recorded, retry the same response so its existing receipt can resume the follow-up work without duplicating the decision.
Use Today to review the task and the pipeline to confirm the next stage against actual evidence.
