Sources are the intake ledgers that are not yet the canonical contact: direct leads, chat inquiries, subscribers, partner applications, and website grades.

Leads and chat
/admin/leads and /admin/chat-leads hold submissions from forms and the public assistant. Qualification happens here. Identity resolution into Contacts is a review step.
Subscribers, partners, grades
Newsletter and resource subscribers, referral partner applications, and website grader intake each have their own list. They share the same tenant boundary. A new row waits for someone to confirm a merge.
