Review opportunities with Radar
Review sources, relationship context, estimates, and drafts with explicit approvals and model budgets.
Updated September 6, 2026 6 min read
Open Opportunity Radar in the Intelligence navigation to review supplied evidence, choose a useful business opportunity, and save a draft. The current release includes Today, opportunity details, retained history, source-backed relationship reviews, and optional bounded source briefing.
Automatic discovery, publication, and independently verified outcome measurement remain unfinished. Saving a draft or reviewing a relationship does not send a message.
Start with a workspace
You need access to an active workspace with Opportunity Radar enabled. In Integrations, review the module settings and supply your organization, website, mission, expertise, and audiences. Keep private contacts and conversations in their normal workspace records. Install the application's ordered migrations before using a connected workspace; see installation.
You can first try the SuperDebate demo or the Northline Roofing demo. Both use the same admin pages with fictional records and complete sample profiles. Demo approvals and saved changes stay in the browser session; they make no provider or model requests.
Review an opportunity and save a draft
- On Radar's Today page, open Partner workshop invitation in either demo. Read the source evidence, relationship context, and existing recommendation before deciding what to do.
- Choose Edit opportunity, enter a specific title or next action, and select Preview exact change. Inspect the current record version and each proposed field. Select Approve this change to save, or Queue for later review to leave it pending.
- Confirm the saved change on the opportunity. A change to the evidence or opportunity can make an older assessment stale; review its sources again before relying on its estimate.
- Choose Prepare a draft and write a useful contribution and a specific ask. Preview the exact text, approve the internal save, then open the retained draft. This is a saved business record, not delivered outreach.
- Open History to inspect earlier work. Reloading the demo retains your changes. Reset this demo in the demo controls restores the fictional starting records.
In a connected workspace, Add source lets you bring supplied evidence into Radar, and Develop opportunity starts a linked opportunity. Review estimates records your judgment with source references and a reason. Estimates are not probabilities or independently verified facts; unknown and public-affairs material stays in neutral review.
Read relationships before making an ask
Ask the AI to read Radar relationship context for an exact CRM contact. It can return canonical links, prior conversation excerpts, reviewed assertions, and current contact paths. A cited introduction offer, an existing conversation, and a reviewed public business contact page have different meanings.
Relationship changes use an exact preview and human approval. Expired offers, changed sources, unresolved identities, and suppressed contacts cannot establish an eligible path. Read incomplete histories carefully: a bounded excerpt does not prove that an earlier ask or commitment never happened. A reviewed path never grants permission to contact someone or establishes both parties' consent to an introduction.
The AI tool reference lists the current Radar read, preview, and proposal tools. They use the same governed services and cannot approve their own changes.
Control briefing costs
Model spending starts off. You can write and review drafts without an AI provider. Optional source briefing needs an explicitly selected registered model and working workspace provider configuration.
Free-only refuses a paid fallback. Budgeted-low-cost uses the configured call, token, per-run, and daily cost limits. Jobs reserve cost before requesting a model result and retain charge receipts; an unavailable model or exhausted limit produces a deferred result. A free model can still be unavailable or rate-limited. Hosting and local compute are separate from model charges.
If provider acceptance or usage is uncertain, inspect the model receipt and use its reconciliation path before another attempt. Do not assume a timeout means no charge occurred. The plugin reference explains the settings and developer extension points.
Review and send outreach
Sending starts in Draft-only mode. A workspace operator can select Approval required in Radar's module settings after connecting the workspace email sender. Set the daily reservation limit, contact cooldown, and any phrases the business must avoid. These settings govern Radar messages; they do not grant standing permission to send.
- Open an opportunity and find Reviewed outreach. Expand Prepare a new outreach draft, describe your useful contribution and specific ask, and choose Prepare draft for review. Optional model wording uses the existing budget; your supplied text works without a model.
- Review and save the draft through the normal exact-change approval. Select that saved outreach draft and its purpose. Select any human-confirmed facts the message relies on, then explain why the message is appropriate now.
- For an introduction request, select a current reviewed offer. For a two-party introduction, select the second contact and each person's received consent message. Check the exact quotations and expiry. An offer or suggested connection alone does not authorize an introduction.
- Choose Review exact message. Read the sender, recipients, subject, complete message, cited facts and prior conversation excerpts. Choose Approve and send, or queue it for later review in Today.
- Inspect Delivery receipts. A confirmed provider receipt records acceptance for sending; it does not establish that the recipient read the message or agreed to the ask. Demo receipts are explicitly simulated and never contact anyone.
Changes to the draft, contact, profile, evidence, consent or conversation history require a fresh preview. Suppressed or unresolved contacts, incomplete history and recent outbound messages block outreach. An uncertain provider result holds the reservation: use Check existing receipt, without sending again. Not sent means the recorded failure occurred before provider dispatch; prepare a fresh review if the message is still appropriate.
The controls show up to 20 active contact choices and 10 approved facts. Consent selectors use bounded received-message excerpts. If the relevant person or consent is outside that context, inspect the canonical records and use the registered Radar tools with the exact references; do not substitute a similarly named person.
Recover and disable
- Missing or unavailable evidence: reopen the source, correct its citation through the review flow, and review affected estimates again. Earlier evidence remains in history.
- Changed record or stale approval: refresh the opportunity and create a new exact preview. Do not approve an obsolete version.
- No useful recommendations: inspect neutral review and deferred items. Missing evidence is a reason to investigate, not to invent a score or contact address.
- Missing access or schema: verify workspace membership, module enablement, and installation readiness. The app does not create missing production tables from a request.
- Disable Radar: new Radar writes and briefing stop. Authorized users can still open
/admin/radar/historyfor retained records. New plugin operations follow the module availability gate. Outreach history and receipt reconciliation remain readable through the retained history and core tools.
Desktop and mobile demo checks cover approvals, saved drafts, reload persistence, reset, session isolation, keyboard focus, reduced motion, and overflow. Controlled database checks cover replay, tenant separation, stale evidence, revocation, and audit rollback. Controlled sender tests establish approval and recovery behavior without contacting real recipients. They do not establish a verified business outcome.
