Workspace

How your business gets provisioned, connected, verified, and kept running.

Updated September 27, 2026 3 min read

Before relying on a workflow, the workspace needs the right people, features and connections. These guides explain how to configure that foundation and check readiness, so the team can distinguish an available capability from a connection that still needs attention.

Integrations is where providers, module switches, and your MCP key live. Setup is where you connect, verify, and operate, with status that reflects this specific deployment rather than a generic checklist. Settings holds notification preferences and the rest of your operating configuration.

Tenants and setup

/admin/tenants provisions workspaces and memberships; /admin/setup is the readiness list covering schema, providers, mail, calendar, and AI. A check that is not ready gets shown as not ready, plainly, and Setup never exposes a secret to tell you that.

Integrations and modules

/admin/integrations is both the connector catalog and the module switches in one place. Provider facts shown there are evidence of an actual connection, not a promise: a planned connector never shows up looking installed when it isn't. See Modules for how enabling or disabling one behaves.

Settings and the Feature Board

Operating preferences live in Settings. The Feature Board is the delivery backlog the public roadmap renders directly from, so this page points at it rather than duplicating a second, drifting copy of the same list.

Choose a workspace appearance and comfortable or compact density from the navigation’s appearance control. Workspace settings explains how those preferences stay in your browser and how to create a custom theme.

Install Command Center

Open your deployment’s Command Center app address and sign in. The address opens your workspace or its sign-in screen, not the public website. Installing gives you a separate app window and a shortcut on your device:

  • Mac, Chrome: In your workspace, choose Install app when offered, or use Chrome’s menu → Cast, save and share → Install page as app.
  • Mac, Safari (macOS 14 or later): Use File → Add to Dock.
  • iPhone or iPad, Safari: Use Share → Add to Home Screen, turn on Open as Web App, then tap Add.
  • Android, Chrome: Use the browser menu → Install app.

The installed app opens your workspace. The public website remains in the browser.

If the connection drops, the status bar shows when the last saved summary was captured. Choose Draft, write a non-sensitive note, task outline or content idea, and select Save draft. After the browser confirms storage, the draft appears under Saved drafts. You can read its text and choose Reuse text to prepare another draft. Saved drafts remain available from the status bar when the connection returns.

If saving fails, the dialog keeps your text and explains how to copy it before closing. Signing out waits for local cleanup; if the browser cannot confirm cleanup, the sign-in screen asks you to clear this website’s data before sharing the device.

What to check

Ask your administrator for the configured Command Center app address if installation is unavailable. Offline drafts stay on the current browser and device, so copy useful text into the appropriate workspace record after reconnecting. Open Saved drafts to reuse text or delete an individual local draft. Deletion affects only the current workspace and signed-in user. Keep sensitive information out of local drafts. Save unsaved work before accepting an app update, because updating reloads the page.
