Use this when
Use this guide when marketing work is spread across campaigns, content, website changes, or recovery lists.
Open /admin/content to manage briefs and editorial work. The Content Calendar offers board and list views; its columns represent the workspace's publishing stages.
Create and track an item
- Select New Content and enter the details available in the form. Give the item a title that identifies the piece, such as “September customer onboarding email”.
- Save it and confirm it appears in the expected column.
- Open the item to update its details. Move it when the work has reached the next stage.
- Switch to list view if that makes the queue easier to review. Reload after a change to confirm it persisted.
A status change records editorial progress. It does not, by itself, publish a page or send a campaign. Check the destination separately before marking a piece published.
Scroll freely across the board or choose a column button at any screen size. Tab to a column button and press Enter to reach it; opening and closing an item keeps your place, and a refresh retains the visible work while it reloads.
Review a generated draft
Check names, dates, prices, statistics and source links against the material used for the brief. Replace unsupported claims before publication. An AI draft is working copy until someone has reviewed it.
When an update does not stick
Reload and inspect the saved item before repeating the change. Record the item title, previous state and intended state for the technical owner. Avoid creating a second item to work around a failed edit.
To prepare an email distribution, continue with Email Studio.
What to know
Availability depends on enabled modules, workspace permissions, provider connections, and the current installation. Check the recorded status before relying on a live result.
