Use this when

Use this guide when your team needs customer history, identity, or appointment context in one place.

After a deal is won, delivery records keep client accounts, bookings, content operations, and resources connected.

  • Clients. Active accounts, retainer scope, and delivery status.
  • Bookings. Qualification, scheduled calls, attendance, and attributed revenue.
  • Content. Editorial briefs and publishing status on a shared calendar.
  • Resources. Gated downloads that attach to contacts.

Clients

Active accounts, retainer scope, and delivery status live at /admin/clients. That screen is the delivery view of people and companies you already have.

Bookings

Meeting and booking records, including calendar sync when that integration is on. Calendly stays optional and off until a workspace turns it on.

Content and resources

Content operations holds briefs and publishing status. Resources holds gated downloads. Both attach to contacts and campaigns when those records exist, so a download creates intake.

What to know

Availability depends on enabled modules, workspace permissions, provider connections, and the current installation. Check the recorded status before relying on a live result.
