Marketing & publishing

Prepare the campaign, website and follow-up in the same business workspace.

Create forms and website pages, organize editorial work, prepare email outreach and schedule supported social posts. Use the business context already available to produce more relevant content.

Fewer separate handoffs between preparing content, publishing it and following up with customers.

Follow the steps

Worked example

Prepare a seasonal roof-inspection campaign

  1. Draft the inspection page in Site Studio and preview its phone layout.

  2. Prepare the form and email audience, then review the content and publishing decisions.

  3. Follow incoming inquiries in Contacts and Pipeline; inspect campaign delivery separately.

What the team gets

The team can manage the page, outreach and resulting inquiries in one application while checking each channel's actual result.

Start with the right setup

Campaigns and editorial work use existing capabilities. Site Studio, forms and social publishing have their own module and connection requirements. Social scheduling currently supports the documented LinkedIn company-page path through Postiz; cross-channel attribution is not implied.

Workspace setup

Adapt it to your business

Add the content workflow or provider adapter your team needs using the existing customer, publishing and sending services. Channel-specific integrations still need implementation and verification.

Related capabilities

Workshop tickets

Publish a paid workshop and keep its capacity, purchases, and confirmations together. Enable Events & Tickets and connect Stripe and Resend. Edit admission prices in Events, let buyers purchase several tickets, and confirm admission from verified payment. Existing orders retain their price. Refunds, buyer exports, reservation reconciliation and reviewed AI changes share the same workspace services.

Email campaigns

Reach a reviewed audience with relevant copy and a defined follow-up policy. Prepare recipients, message version, cadence and limits. Approved activation uses the existing sender and checks recorded replies, suppression and stop rules.

Editorial calendar

Keep each brief, owner and editorial stage visible as content moves toward publication. Create and edit items in Content, clear optional details, and move work between current columns. Ask AI or a connected MCP assistant can prepare creation, edits, permanent deletion and moves for review in Approvals. Saving checks current access and refuses changed items. Calendar status tracks the work; publication remains in the publishing destination.

Website pages

Draft and edit pages with AI help, preview them at phone and desktop widths, and publish only a revision you have reviewed. New forks include an editable, neutral homepage and a fictional demo. Connect published forms to workspace intake, choose models by provider and price, and cancel pending suggestions without losing edits. Save, reload and import run one at a time, failed reloads retain local edits, and unverified confirmations keep the original retry. Revision history supports rollback; installation owners can connect ChatGPT through the same editor services. Private drafts preview at real phone, tablet and desktop widths, with public page styling and inactive links and forms. Private workspace drafts retain typed titles through failed refreshes and require a fresh read after uncertain saves or discards. Try private creation, renaming and discard in the fictional demo, with separate drafts per business and clearly labeled AI examples.

Social marketing

Prepare LinkedIn posts from your own sources, approve the exact wording and schedule, and follow the result through to a verified publication. Each workspace connects its own organization account. An uncertain submission keeps its receipt for review instead of being reported as published.

Campaign follow-up

Prepare multi-step outreach with recipient checks, stop rules and reviewed activation. Inspect the audience, sender, content, timing and limits before activation. Reply and suppression handling stop eligible future work through the shared campaign services.
