01 / Context

Category-building creates work everywhere at once.

SuperDebate spans featured debates, clubs, live online competition, scoring, judging, and private AI practice through Aurelius. The public product depends on expert research, outreach, scheduling, events, content, and relationship management behind it.

Operating architecture

The experience begins before anyone reaches the stage.

02 / Operating model

Treat the path from expert discovery to published debate as one system.

Research, outreach, follow-up, scheduling, preparation, live production, publishing, and relationship history were designed as connected work. AI and automation support repetitive preparation while people own the invitation, editorial decision, and live exchange.

The product

One debate system, from watching to practice.

The architecture explains how the surfaces belong together. The judging screen is genuine product evidence, while the model keeps the wider experience legible without inventing interface screens.

Public product

Live debate and private practice belong to the same learning loop.

The public product moves from discovery into a configurable online debate, live audience scoring, and private practice against an AI that pushes back. These are current product screens, not concept art.

03 / Product

The same philosophy extends into the participant experience.

Featured Debates create an editorial front door. Clubs organize communities. Online supports live competition. Scoring makes judging legible. Aurelius gives participants a private AI practice environment. Each surface belongs to the same activity rather than a bundle of unrelated features.

SuperDebate command center

The company runs through the same system it keeps improving.

The black-and-yellow command center coordinates analytics, events, the product roadmap, email, applications, leads, support, clubs, and content. Counts and dates visible in these screens are interface state, not portfolio outcome claims.

04 / Impact

A small team can operate a much larger surface area.

The evidence here is the breadth and continuity of a working company, not an unapproved growth number. Product and operations evolve together, so each repeated event leaves behind a better system for the next one.

What this carries forward

The best AI system may be the company architecture itself.
