What to Expect in Your First 90 Days with Accelerate

The 4-Phase Process

Before we get into the weekly breakdown, here is the big picture. Every engagement follows the same four phases, regardless of your industry or package.

Discovery & Strategy (Week 1)

We learn your business, audit your current systems, and identify the highest-impact opportunities. You walk away with a clear plan even if you decide not to work with us.

Build & Configure (Weeks 2-3)

Week 1: Discovery and Strategy

Everything starts with a free 30-minute discovery call. No pitch deck. No pressure. We ask about your business, your goals, and where things break down today.

After the call, we do a full audit:

  • Your website: Is it converting visitors into inquiries? Where are people dropping off? How does it perform on mobile?
  • Your current tools: CRM, scheduling, email marketing, phone system -- what is connected and what is siloed?
  • Your follow-up process: How fast do you respond to new inquiries? What happens after the first contact?
  • Your biggest bottlenecks: Where are you spending time on tasks that should run themselves?

By the end of week one, you have a strategy document that identifies the 3 highest-impact opportunities for your business. These are specific, measurable improvements -- not vague promises about "leveraging AI."

Weeks 2-3: Build and Configure

This is where most of the heavy lifting happens -- and none of it is on you.

Depending on your package, this phase includes:
